“Practical” ADHD Evaluations

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common neurodevelopmental conditions of childhood, affecting over 10% of children with most symptoms continuing into adulthood. At SBS, Dr. Selman offers practical ADHD assessments for children and adults leading to targeted recommendations to improve our clients’ lives at home, school, work, and with family and friends.

ADHD Evaluations

What do we mean by “practical?” We focus on answering the referral question and we choose the tests most appropriate for our clients. Sometimes this takes the form of interviews, behavior rating scales, neuropsychological or cognitive testing, and/or observation. We understand that assessment is a commitment of time and resources and will only test if it is necessary.

A full evaluation may consist of the following:

Written report
